You will still need to determine the correct OIDs for what you want to poll but the steps above are generally the same

We haven't noticed any issues with the Primary Poller but we are going to reinstall the software either way, once we have a stable version of NPM that doesn't require hotfixes. Hoping that is sooner than later.
Do all the nodes have the same text in them that identifies them? If so you would use
Node Name contains %xxxx%
The % is the equivalent of a wildcard for SQL.
It doesn't seem like I got any alerts. Is there any way to only look at one F5 device with a specific name? Actually, is it even possible since the top part is already written for you and you can't add a node name/id field into the query?

I'm trying to monitor some windows azure components using powershell,
The script is running locally on the SAM server. If I execute it in powershell shell it works.

Since it cannot import the publish settings it cannot run.
The publish setting file is located on the SAM server.

I don't know if this pertians, but I have applied a template to all windows monitors, it has "% Registry Quota In Use" within it. For nearly all of the servers it is successful, but for some I get "Network connection failed. HResult: No Data to return. Error: Unable to connect to the specific computer, or the computer is offline." The other template that is applied to them functions and I know 70 some aren't offline. Any suggestions?
Interesting... I didn't get any alerts with that query. When I run it in SQL manager, I get 4 pools that are down, but am not getting any alert emails about them. Any ideas?
We have been trying to get reports to work when you use the Export to PDF function. The icon images are not displaying properly.
Capture1 is what the report looks like when we use the Export to PDF function.
Capture is what happens when we use Print and print to a PDF. This is ideally what we would want the Export to PDF function to look like.
I have submitted a ticket to try and get the issue resolved but I wanted to see if the community had any possible solutions. I have tried IE, Chrome and Mozilla. I am running NPM 11, NTA 4.1 RC.
Is anyone else having this issue? Has anyone found a solution?
The solution was to disable IIS Bindings. We are looking into changing configuration files to allow IIS Bindings and get full function from it. Thanks for the help everyone.
I am having the same issue I do know that CIENA 4200 has it's own MIBs. I am trying to get hold of the MIBs to see if they can be imported and I can write my own polers. If you or anyone has access to the 4200 Downloads from Ciena they just have to submit the MIB's to Solarwinds to have them put into their Database.

I used the sample script (CRUD.AddWMINode.ps1 with some editing to fix the hyphens in the script) from the Orion SDK v1.9 to add the WMI node to the Orion server.
Everything else works fine, but the WMI credential was not added. I like to know when a new version of the Orion SDK will be available so that I can try again to see whether I can add the WMI credential during adding the node.

We've got everything set up and SNMP is polling and pulling information from each switch correctly...except the IOS Version and the Operating System. We are managing all Cisco switches and I thought it'd be fairly simple to get it going, but no luck.
The Description appears, and it shows that information that I would expect to be in the "IOS Version" block, but it's just blank. I've tried running a report (comes back empty) and I've tried rediscovering and still no luck.

That's what I don't get... my original screenshot shows the global defaults.
All of my profiles are set to use the Global Settings:
Scheduler Profiles do not have a LOG entry, so there's nothing to set there.
Could you clarify what you mean by "the WMI credential was not added"? What did you observe and what did you expect?
While adding a template that contains "% Registry Quota In Use" to all Windows servers about 60 or so of them have displayed an unknown status with the Error "Network connection failed. We have another template that monitors some services on all Windows servers so I know there arn't problems with being down and WMI can at least monitor services. Most of these are 2008 R2 but a few aren't. That is the most of the population of our infrastructure so this may be the reason that they are so high. There was a trouble shooting guide of services that showed up like this and WMI corruptions that worked on a hand full of my problems before, but I know not of one for this nor the reason why this is happening. 60 out of around 1700 servers are showing this unknown status with the above message. Please help me.
I have exported the properties in a csv file and added a test server with no properties to SAM. I import the file with the data below and I keep getting wrong format. I eleminate the last comma and I still get the same message. I really am lost here. The example is just an example and the guides that I have found are useful, but don't explain the whole thing.

Unfortunately not! This issue has moved to the back of my priority queue. I'll let you know if I've found a way to do it. I think we were considering using a third party SCP server

Another setting that could affect this behavior is platform (change it from default x86 to x64) under advanced settings on application edit page.
We have a map showing the VPN connections but when the primary node fails all the interfaces become unknown even though the node itself fails over correctly. Looking at the map builder it appears each interfaces are given a different identifier/OID on each node. Any ideas?
