Spinner - you would need a Condition Group with the NOT ALL operand selected - then nested a few simple conditions for your Hardware Sensor Display Name CONTAINS followed by your sensor names you want to filter out.
Such as Receive, Transmit, Bias?

This becomes apparent when you save off the alert, open it back up and change to custom SQL to see how it's translating into SQL - you can even copy/paste this into the database manager to run the same query.
