I mostly visit Thwack but find myself once a week in the solarwinds.com site too. Usually to retrieve manuals etc,... We just went through an upgrade across all of our SW platforms and I was in charge of coordinating the effort with several teams in addition to adhering to our ITIL type change management.
I joined thwack immediately upon finding out about it. I have a long history in IT and have always used user supported forums for applications. It started years ago when I began building a digital music studio in the 90s and it was only natural to look for the same sort of support for vocational applications as well. My role has taken me away from SW for the last couple of months but now I am back in the fray as it were and here I am again.
