A have csv file and I need a script to pars it . I need this script so that I can upload into a linux monitoring template.

The file is attached.  I need.

I need to select API from AAtype  and average responce time.  This would help us to determine if the time to do a process in that application is slow.  The excel sheet of this file is attached.

I know how to crerate a template and import it.  The issue is the script.
