Try upgrading to our latest 1.1 release.

 

You can then download the log bundles using the appliance web configuration page.

 

There may be some error messages in the logs that can give you a clue as to what may be the problem.

 

You could put in a feature request for Alert Central to install on Windows instead of only a virtual appliance offering.
