Add Avaya G450 gateway to VNQM
After I have entered the cli credentials I receive this error
"mg001.mydomain.com - not a gateway, invalid CLI credentials"
I know the CLI credentials are good, I verified them with putty. Also I can use the Engineer Toolset and login via ssh.
Does anyone know how to add an avaya media gateway to VNQM?

i am trying to get the IP SLA ICMP charts shown and auto updated
at this time, all i can get is the main IP sla page
WE have four large screens so all staff can see and visuaize what is going on and " see" when there are any changes . One item of particular interest is in latency on each path
I need the NOC view to have the IP SLA ICMP response charts for each of my main sites 6-12 charts
I.e. latency vs. date/time with the charts auto updating. I need the following to be seen for each major site ( this was the upper right corner from above)
please post , if possible , how multiple of the later charts can be seen in NOC view page with auto refresh

FTP Voyager 16.1.0.0 Unable to parse listing data received from server
I've just been playing with FTP Voyager and it seems to be having trouble getting a file listing from our SFTP server - it gets the right number of files but it doesn't display them. Here's the output from the log:

I've tested the same operation in other clients (WinSCP, WS_FTP, SmartFTP, TurboFTP) and only FTP Voyager has this problem. I've tried fiddling with most settings in the app without much luck.
Is there any way to turn on some extra debug to see what's going on?

Thanks @utildayael for pointing me in the right direction.
I ended up retro fitting a normal powershell script into Solarwinds.
I'm attaching the template in case this would be worthy of publishing up to the user community here. This works exactly as designed.
I kept a few portions of the original script, which had a 'warning' threshold, so someone could further modify the script if they wish. One key piece of information is for my use case, where I needed the credentials to pass through completely, that you cannot use cmdlets that do not have a -Credential switch. An example would be Get-Service, which doesn't have a -Credential switch.

In case anyone is interested the file is located @ /usr/local/webhelpdesk/bin/webapps/helpdesk/WEB-INF/Helpdesk.woa/Contents/Resources/JobDetails.wo under CentOS, this is just a dirty mod at this point but screenshot is below.

Netapp CIFS Shares
Hi,
I have configured Solarwinds Storage manager for Netapp Filers. I have added a Netapp Filer and I am able to see the SAN data, what I am facing issue is with fetching NAS data. No cifs shares is visible under the NAS data. I have installed the agent and configured the service using the domain id having rights on cifs shares. Also while adding the Filer I have used the domain authentication but still no luck. Can someone help me in troubleshooting this issue. The user ID is a member on storage and has access to all api in netapp.

Here's a quick port of the old CSClient example to a more up-to-date style. It does the same thing as the old sample (query for the first unacknowledge alert and ack it) but it uses .NET 4.5, the System.Net.Http.HttpClient async client, and the SWIS REST API instead of SOAP.
Send me your feedback on what you'd like to see in this sample and I'll get it rolled in to the next SDK drop.

trap server authentication failure

I have a question without solution by SolarWinds team and I am trying here
We have some products SolarWinds and the most of them working without problem but some day my server (with Windows 2003 server standard) show a message in the tram viewer:
snmpTrapOID=SMTPv2-MIB:authenticationFailure
experimental.1057.1.0=127.0.0.1
snmpTrapEnterprice=MSFT-MIB:server
I do not know where is this authentication configured in this case.

I successfully upgraded to NPM 11.0 and I'm trying to setup the Alert according to your 3rd Screen Shot, but I do not see the condition qualifier "Threshold Warning is Reached" from the drop-down menu. I'm running Advanced Alert Manager 2014 2.0. Is there an Alert Manager upgrade that is required, or am I forgetting something else?

Based on the symptoms described I would verify that you can map a drive to the administrative share of the Exchange server from the Orion server. E.G. \\exchange.domain.ext\C$
The error you are receiving is stating that the something is wrong with the WinRM configuration on that server. Either the certificate was removed, or the WinRM configuration was changed somehow. You can try and verify that on your own by attempting to execute remote PowerShell against that host from the Orion server.

Backing up F5 BigIP devices
If you are backing up an F5 BigIP device (Not using tmsh), with a large config, you can use the "modify cli preference pager disabled" command to disable paging. This should prevent timeouts.
